Tammy was extremely competent and professional. One particular transaction was a very difficult purchase of a property on Summit Road. There were multiple legal, personal and jurisdictional problems associated with this property. The property bordered both Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties. Issues associated with easements, the reconveyance of an illegal subdivision, and a very difficult seller were addressed and resolved by Tammy. Last year my cmpany closed it's San Jose office and asked me to move to it's new office in Tempe, Arizona.
